Our friends at Downtown Soccer Miami have put the paint brushes away, and swept the parking lot one last time as the final touches have been applied to Miami's newest soccer facility. The folks at Downtown Soccer Miami invite you to come experience the soccer sensation they have created in the heart of downtown Miami.

The Quest Soccer Camp wants to extend a warm welcome to the newest members of the South Florida Soccer Community. Downtown Soccer Miami is the newest concept in great soccer in Miami. The guys at Downtown Soccer Miami have invested their passion for the game and their love for Miami into a new facility close to Brickell, Midtown, and the heart of Miami

Philadelphia University Women's soccer player Heather Walton prepares for Quest Soccer Camp Kendall

Heather Walton the former Gulliver Prep standout soccer player is using her experience as a Quest Soccer Camp Instructor to step up to the added responsibility as the Quest Soccer Camp Kendall coordinator at the Killian Soccer Complex. Heather is partnering with A.J Diaz for Quest Soccer Camp Kendall at Killian Soccer Complex. The Quest Soccer Camp starts July 28th and continues through August 1st. Heather currently plays for the University of Philadelphia Women's Soccer Team. Heather has represented south Florida well in the city of brotherly love where she scored the winning goal against Millersville to help the Lady Rams to a CACC championship game where she also scored against Holy Family University

Quest Soccer Camp Virginia Gardens final registration is underway

This year intends to be as productive as 2007 as Coach Tim Shea once again leads the way with Quest Soccer at Virginia Gardens. Quest Soccer director Jason Aquila had this to say about the Virginia Gardens Camp. "The real soccer advantage is not only Tim Shea the assistant mens soccer coach at Barry University, but as the head men's varsity coach at Miami Springs Senior High, Tim is in such an incredible position to evaluate, process, and refer soccer talent before it gets to the high school era. For an aspiring soccer player to be able to go to Quest Soccer at Virginia Gardens and have them exposed to their potential high school or even college coach is a huge advantage."

Soccer player Alec Spivak goes from Quest Soccer camper to Quest Soccer Camp Instructor Aide

Alec Spivak a former camper, now an Instructor aide assists a Quest Soccer Camper with her kicking skills

Alec Spivak has a definite love and passion for the game of soccer. Alec has just finished her first term as a Quest Soccer Camp Instructor Aide. Quest Soccer Camp Director Mike Hearns was Alec's first Soccer Coach when she was only 7 years old. Alec attended the Quest Soccer Camp as a camper for many years. The Quest Soccer Camp has always strived to promote from within and when Alec became of age she was quickly offered the opportunity to transition from camper to Quest Soccer Camp Instructor Aide.
Alec currently plays club soccer for the Kendall Soccer Coalition, and as a freshman was a starting midfielder for the always strong Miami Palmetto Senior High Women's soccer team.
"Alec was a tremendous help to Quest soccer this year and Mike and I always felt that if a child attends the Quest Soccer Camp a few times they will come to understand the Quest Soccer method. Alec proved that theory correct." said Quest Soccer Camp Director Jason Aquila

Perennial soccer standouts A.J Diaz formerly with the University of Alabama and Heather Walton currently with Philadelphia University will be the Quest Soccer Camp coordinators at Quest Soccer Camp at Killian Palms Soccer Complex. Quest Soccer Camp at Virginia Gardens will be at the Miami Springs 2008 4th of July parade

The Quest Soccer Camp will be at the Miami Springs 4th of July parade promoting the Quest Soccer Camp at Virginia Gardens. The parade begins at the venerable Miami Springs recreation center on Westward Drive and continues east down Westward Drive to the Miami Springs Circle. From there the route continues south down Curtiss Parkway where it commences at the Miami Springs Country Club. Quest Soccer Camp at Virginia Gardens coordinator Tim Shea will be on hand to answer any questions concerning the Quest Soccer Camp at Virginia Gardens.
