Quest Soccer Camps reminds everyone that hydration is the key to a healthy and happy camp experience

Staying hydrated during the long hot summer months is vital to a fun and enjoyable camp experience. The Quest Soccer Camp reminds all parents and campers to bring individual water bottles for their time at Quest Soccer Camp or the Quest Net assault Camp. Each Quest Soccer Camp instructor has an assigned insulated mobile beverage cooler which they wheel out their field for each session. Your child's water bottle can be stored in the cold iced confines of the cooler and readily available. The Quest Soccer Camp also provides hydration breaks, water fountains on premises, and at the Quest Soccer Palmetto Bay Camp campers are encouraged to use the invigorating swimming pool during the swim session. For an individual assessment of your hydration needs please go to the Quest Soccer Camp Hydration chart by clicking the link HERE.
